Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree, preferably in Engineering (Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical) related courses.
At least 2 to 3 Year(s) of working experience specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent
Must have a knowledge on Planning and Inventory Control
Has average knowledge on 5S, ISO 9001, GMP and HACCP System
Must have average knowledge Rigid Packaging
Must be willing to work in Tingub, Mandaue City
Participates and create yearly strategic objectives and plans for the department
Coach and guide direct report to ensure high impact performance and delivery of results and make recommendations on employee movements, promotions, and transfer
Execute/Implement production plan (based on forecast and actual order)
Ensures that jobs scheduled in production are delivered according to quantity, quality, and lead-time.
Ensure machines are kept in good condition and implements scheduled machine maintenance.
Analyzes production performance records and initiates corrective action and improvement on the process.
